As part of efforts being made by the management of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) to decentralise its activities and promote effective customer service delivery, a number of district offices are being empowered to add vehicle registration to their list of activities.
In line with the new policy directive, the Denu District office and SKED Auto services, which is located at Azunu, off the Somanya-Akosombo road will, starting January, 2017, begin to register motor vehicles and motor bicycles in addition to the services already offered by the two stations.
All persons who have new motor vehicles and motor bicycles to register from the beginning of January, 2017 and who live close to Denu and Somanya are encouraged to do so at Denu and Somanya.
This will help facilitate the perennial mass registration of vehicles which often generate a lot of pressure on DVLA staff as well as our cherished customers.
The Authority wishes all its cherished customers and the general public a very HAPPY and PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR.
